Renewals, new connections & change of tenancy

The moments where businesses most often end up overpaying.

Renewals

Your contract end date matters. We start reviewing options well before it, so you aren't rolled onto expensive out-of-contract or deemed rates.

New connections

Moving into a new build or a site with no supply? We help arrange a new electricity or gas connection and a contract to go with it.

Change of tenancy

Taken on new premises? We help you register as the new occupier, read the meters and get a proper contract in place quickly.

“We explain every option clearly, including how we're paid, so you can choose with confidence.”

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does it cost anything to get a quote?

No. Asking for a quote or a bill review is free and there is no obligation to switch. We may receive commission from suppliers, which is included in your unit rates, and we will explain this before you agree to anything.

Will my supply be interrupted if I switch?

No. Switching supplier is an administrative change. The same pipes, cables and meters keep supplying your premises.

Can I switch before my current contract ends?

Often, yes. Many suppliers let you agree a new contract ahead of your end date so it starts the day your current one finishes.

What do you need from me?

A recent bill for each utility is usually enough. It shows your supplier, meter numbers, tariff and usage.

What happens if I've just moved into new premises?

Let us know your move-in date and meter readings. We can help with the change of tenancy and arrange a contract so you're not left on default rates.
